None of our business formation packages entail a monthly fee; they are available for a one-time flat payment. However, certain optional add-ons, such as our Virtual Address service, come with a nominal monthly subscription fee.

Incofile costs vary from $0 to $300, in addition to your state fee, depending on the package you select. We offer three tiers of business formation packages, each with its own pricing:
• Silver: $0 + state fee
• Gold: $199 + state fee
• Platinum: $299 + state fee
