Frequently asked questions
Does Incofile charge a monthly fee?
No. Every formation package is a flat one-time payment plus your state's filing fee. Some optional services, such as registered agent or virtual mailbox, renew annually or monthly and are always shown clearly before you order.
How much does it cost to form a company?
Our packages are Silver ($236), Gold ($500) and Platinum ($700), plus the filing fee charged by your state. The state fee is shown for your state when you start an order.
How long does formation take?
We prepare and submit your documents within one business day. State approval times vary from same day to a few weeks depending on the state; expedited filing is available.
Which package should I choose?
Silver covers the filing itself. Gold adds your EIN, operating agreement and banking documents — the things you need to open a bank account. Platinum adds expedited filing, tax consultation, domain and email, and priority support.
Can I use Incofile if I live outside the United States?
Yes. Non-residents can form an LLC or C-Corporation in most states. We'll also act as your registered agent and provide a US business address if you need one.
